Shipping policy

Week Days - To guarantee same-day delivery on weekdays, local and Melbourne Metro orders must be received by 1pm or call the store on 03 9842 1803 for a quote on delivery after this time.

Saturdays - To guarantee same-day delivery on a Saturday, local & Melbourne Metro orders must be received by 11am or call the store on 03 9842 1803 for a quote on delivery after this time. 

Sundays/Public Holidays - As we are closed on these days, your order will be delivered on the next business day.

Residential Addresses - If there is no one home to receive the flowers, they will be left in a safe, weather protected spot. If the courier believes a delivery location is not suitable, the flowers will be returned to the shop. We will contact the sender and/or recipient to organise a re-delivery.  re-delivery fee may apply.

Business Addresses - For businesses, hospitals and schools, we accept no responsibility for delivered items that are directed to the reception, front desk, hospital ward or mailroom.

We reserve the right to contact the recipient in order to aid delivery.
